Each of our performances require a few volunteers to fulfill certain duties that will ensure a successful evening for our theatergoers. These duties are required of every T&C member, but non-members are welcome to volunteer as well.
USHERING
Two ushers start the coffee, check tickets, hand out programs, help seat people, and serve the intermission drinks and snacks. Ushers need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30pm for evening performances and 1:00 to 3:30pm for matinees.
We ask that volunteers dress in a neat and presentable manner and check in with the house manager in the club room when they arrive. |
PARKING
Two parkers help safely park cars, squeezing them all in while still retaining exit aisles. Parkers need to be available from 7:00 to 8:00pm for evening performances and 1:00 to 2:00pm for matinees.

RAFFLE TICKETS
Raffle ticket sellers need to sell tickets before the show and at intermission. They need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30pm for evening performances and 1:00 to 3:30pm for matinees.

The House Manager will provide training if you haven't volunteered before.
Our box office will provide you with a ticket voucher for that evening's performance—or a future one.
