BECOMING A MEMBER
Take an active role in our enthusiastic and friendly community theatre group by becoming a member of Town and Country Players. To begin or renew your membership, fill out the below application. Pay using the PayPal link which will appear after you fill out the form, or by mailing us a check. Make checks payable to Town and Country Players, ATTN: VP of Membership P. O. Box 323, Doylestown, PA 18901.
Single Membership: $30 per person
Couples Membership: $50 per couple
Junior Membership: (Grades 7-12) $20 per person
Family Membership: (up to 2 adults and 4 juniors) $75 per family

Membership duration is for the calendar year: January 1 to December 31.

MEMBER BENEFITSIn addition to being part of an exciting group of enthusiastic people doing good work for the theatre, we also offer the following membership benefits:
• The right to vote for officers on the Board of Directors or to run for a board position • The right to vote on the slate of plays for the following season • The right to nominate members, performers and crew and/or be nominated for end-of-season awards • An invitation to our annual, end-of-season banquet • Free or discounted admission to our workshops • A copy of our newsletter, The Limelight, which keeps members and Gold Patrons informed about our activities |
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Members must follow the rules and regulations as outlined in the Bylaws and the Policies and Procedures Manual:
• Members must complete the membership application and pay applicable annual dues. • Members must pay dues 30 days prior to distribution of absentee ballots to be eligible to vote on the season slate and board elections. • Members must volunteer at least three times per season. Examples of volunteering include parking, ushering, running the box office, selling raffle tickets at performances, serving on a committee, assisting during clean-up days, or participating in productions as a cast or crew member. • Members may participate on our committees, such as the Play Selection Committee, Fund Raising Committee, Renovations Committee, etc. |

MEMBER COMMITTEES
We are recruiting for production committees!! The more hands, the easier the work. All of our members should be a part of one of our many committees.
We all have different talents and there is a group for you!
All of our committees require little time commitments. Please sign up for one or as many as you'd like to be involved with. These groups help the productions of our shows and will help our 75th season be super successful. Thank you in advance!
