TOWN AND COUNTRY PLAYERS' Raffle Seller, Ushering and Parking Schedule
Each performance requires a few volunteers to fulfill certain duties to ensure a successful evening for our theater-goers. These duties are required of every T&C member, but non-members are welcome to volunteer as well.
A pair of ushers start the coffee, check tickets, hand out programs, help seat people and serve the intermission drinks and snacks. Ushers need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30 for evening performances and 1:00 to 3:30 for matinees. A pair of parkers help safely park cars, squeezing them all in while still retaining exit aisles. Parkers need to be available from 6:30 to 8:00 for eveing performances and 12:30 to 2:00 for matinees. Raffle ticket sellers need to sell tickets before the show and at intermission and need to be available from 7:00 to 9:30 for evening performances and 1:00 to 3:30 for matinees. The House Manager will provide training if you haven't volunteered before. The Box Office will provide you with a voucher if you aren\'t seeing the show that night.
Please fill in dates below that you are available to sell raffle tickets, usher or assist with parking at the Town & Country Players Theatre and an e-mail will be sent to the coordinator, who will put you on the list and respond with a confirmation e-mail.
