“Benefit” Performances at Town and Country Players

Each year, from April to November, Town and Country Players offers “Benefit” performances for all of our
mainstage productions. “Benefit” performances can be scheduled for the following dates and times:

Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7:30pm
Saturday at 2:00pm (applicable for the 2nd Saturday of a production only).
Please note, Saturday Benefits are not available for the Family Show or Family Musical

All “Benefit” performances are presented in our 150 seat theatre located inside our charming, almost 250 year old barn on York Road (Route 263) in Buckingham, PA. The theatre is yours for the night and includes full use of our Kitchen and Clubroom space which is the perfect place for other additional fundraising activities such as:

Auctions
Drawings
Raffles
Contests
Wine Tasting
Product Sales
Snacks
Other Promotional Activities for your Organization


“Benefit” Costs
$800.00 for all non-musical productions
$800.00 for the non-musical Family Theatre production
$1,000.00 for the Adult/Family musical

Booking a “Benefit”
Reserve the performance date of your choice (subject to availability). When you book a “Benefit”, T&C will provide you with a signed contract, a guarantee of the performance date and artwork for your promotional posters and flyers.

You sell tickets to your Members and Supporters. T&C's Ticket prices are $17.00 for straight shows and $20.00 for musicals. If you sell at those prices, you will recoup the cost of your “Benefit” by selling 50-55 tickets. Since our theater seats 150 people, if you just sell 120 seats, your organization could raise over $1000! And because you set your own ticket prices, you are in control of your profits!

At the “Benefit” performance, you will need to:

1. Collect tickets and hand out programs (printed programs will be provided).
2. Provide 2 parking attendants from your group or pay T&C $40.00 in cash to provide them for you.
3. Clean up from your event and return everything to its original condition.
